Cortals Esport residential complex

The Cortals Esport residential complex, on the Els Oriosos housing development, Anyós, La Massana, Principality of Andorra, includes 4 apartment buildings and two single-family detached residences.

Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the project cover a built area of 3,173.77 m2 on a plot of 2,322.56 m².

Phase one envisages the construction of the two buildings of residences and the basement of the lowest part of the plot. Each building will have three stories and one flat per floor.

Careful study of the terrain enabled us to provide each flat with its own garden and private access from the street and therefore to dispense with a shared interior staircase for entry to the properties. The entire area on each floor can therefore be destined to private use. All the homes thus have their own outdoor areas with unbeatable views over Casamanya mountain.

Volumes involve contemporary combinations of decks and setbacks that faithfully reinterpret traditional architecture and feature the use of local materials.
